The New Political compared the costs of ten grocery items at three local stores: Jefferson Marketplace, the CVS Pharmacy on Court Street and the Kroger on East State Street.

While costs varied by item, it was generally cheaper to shop at Kroger versus CVS or Jeff Market. There was an $11.12 difference in total bills at Jeff Market and Kroger.

This grocery list would cost seven meal swipes at Jeff Market, seven meal swipes at CVS and five meal swipes at Kroger.
